Twelve Target-Selection Drills

This workshop scores selection, not prediction. Every drill ends after the method, target, evidence, and confidence are recorded.

All rows except the two named textual records are invented exercises. None supplies a real-world outcome.

Self-check

Give one point for each item:

• the subject is stated without adding facts;
• the selection method is named;
• the target role is sourced or explicitly editorial;
• primary, hidden, and transformed locations are not confused;
• line positions are counted bottom-up;
• duplicate candidates remain visible in the record;
• confidence matches the evidence;
• the answer stops before strength or outcome judgment.

A drill with an unresolved tie can earn full credit. A confident but unsupported target cannot.

Failure review

If your answer changed after you noticed a moving line, write chart-led selection and redo the intake. If you silently replaced a void visible line with a hidden one, write visibility error. If you answered both halves of drill 12 from one cast, invalidate the drill rather than interpreting it.

Source position

The role catalogue comes from the cited Yong Shen sections. The hidden-line position in drill 4 comes from the source and the displayed bottom-up chart. The drill design, confidence labels, and refusal outputs are UAYA teaching controls. Case 00035 is not a live forecast; Case 00115 is not proof of timing accuracy.
