Health routing starts with the patient. The illness is important, but it is usually not the target line. The person who is ill carries the answer.

This is the main domain correction: illness pressure can be strong and still not be the protagonist. The protagonist is the patient, selected by relation or role.

Severity depends on the relationship between patient, illness pressure, relief, and timing. A strong patient under active attack is different from a weak patient with medicine arriving, and both need different language.

The health sequence

Health readings should not begin by hunting for Officer. Use this sequence:

  1. Name the patient.
  2. Route the patient by relation or role.
  3. Read Officer as illness pressure, danger, anxiety, or pathology unless the patient’s role itself routes to Officer.
  4. Read Child as relief, treatment, medicine, or the force that counters illness.
  5. Check whether support actually reaches the patient.
  6. Treat severity and timing as communication-sensitive, not as casual verdict language.

Spouse illness is the main complication. The same line can be the spouse by relationship routing and also appear in a health chart where Officer describes illness. Keep the two jobs separate: first identify the patient line, then identify the illness pressure acting on that patient.

Case 1 is a father-illness reading. The father is carried by Parent, not by Officer. Officer is part of the support and illness-pressure mechanism.
