Judgment Commentary

Increase means decreasing above in order to increase below, and the people's rejoicing knows no bounds. What comes from above descends to those below, and its way shines greatly. Favorable to have somewhere to go means that centered correctness brings rejoicing. Favorable to cross the great river means that the way of wood can then proceed. Increase moves and yields, advancing day by day without bound. Heaven bestows and Earth gives birth; its increase has no fixed direction. In general, the way of Increase moves together with the time.
