Judgment Commentary

Limitation means success. The firm and the yielding are set apart, and the firm gains the center. Harsh limitation cannot be persevered in because its Way is exhausted. One moves through danger with delight, takes the proper place and thus sets limits, and through centered correctness comes to free passage. Heaven and Earth have limits, and the four seasons are completed. Limitation through systems and measures does not injure resources and does not harm the people.
