Obstruction by the wrong kind of people. Not favorable for the Noble One's perseverance. The great goes, the small comes.
彖傳 · Tuan Zhuan
Judgment Commentary
Obstruction by the wrong kind of people. Not favorable for the Noble One's perseverance. The great goes, the small comes. This means Heaven and Earth do not join and the myriad beings do not communicate; above and below do not join and under Heaven there is no state. Within is yin and without is yang; within is yielding and without is firm; within are petty people and without are Noble Ones. The petty person's way grows and the Noble One's way diminishes.
