Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your subscription at any time from your dashboard:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on the Cog Icon and then select "Change Plan" in your subscription section
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  4. Confirm your upgrade

When you upgrade:

  • Changes take effect immediately
  • You'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period
  • You get instant access to new features

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade your subscription:

  1. Visit your Dashboard
  2. Click on the Cog Icon and then select "Change Plan" in your subscription section
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Confirm your choice

Important notes about downgrades:

  • Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep access to your current plan's features until the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for partial months

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on the Cog Icon and then select "Cancel Subscription" in your subscription section
  3. Follow the cancellation steps
  4. Confirm your decision

Please note:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have access to all features until then
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the end of the billing period

Billing Cycles and Payments

  • Billing occurs monthly on the same date you subscribed
  • All prices are in USD
  • We accept major credit cards.
  • Invoices are sent automatically to your email

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • First-time subscribers can request a refund within 14 days of their initial subscription
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Contact support for refund requests with your account details.
